MH Medical Group Relocation Update | Our New Clinic Is Now Open

To better serve our patients and provide a more comfortable healthcare environment, MH Medical Group has successfully relocated part of our clinical services.

Our new location officially opened on July 2, 2026, and is now fully operational.

We sincerely thank all of our patients for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you to our new clinic.

📍 Family Medicine Clinic Has Relocated

Our former Family Medicine clinic located at:

3551 Sheppard Ave E

has officially moved to:

Unit 103, 50 Acadia Ave

Markham, ON L3R 0B3

As of July 2, 2026, all Family Medicine services previously provided at the Sheppard location are now available at our new Markham clinic.

Patients previously seen at the Sheppard location should attend future appointments at the new address.

❤️ Cardiology Clinic Has Also Moved

Our Cardiology Clinic has also relocated to the same new facility:

Unit 103, 50 Acadia Ave

Markham, ON L3R 0B3

The clinic is now open and seeing patients.

Patients with an OHIP-covered referral from a family physician or walk-in physician may continue to receive cardiology services at the new location.

📍 McNicoll Location Remains Unchanged

Our McNicoll Clinic has not relocated and continues to operate at:

1061 McNicoll Ave, 1st Floor

Scarborough, ON M1W 3W6

This location continues to provide Family Medicine, UHIP care, private health assessments, and other medical services.
