• Online booking through Ocean is only available for patients who are already registered with our clinic/physician.

• Appointments must be booked at least one business day in advance.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least one business day in advance through the online booking system or by calling the clinic front desk.

• If you are unable to book online, your personal information in our system may be incorrect or incomplete. Please try booking by phone first, and visit the clinic front desk to confirm or update your information when needed.

• Online booking is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing urgent symptoms, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.​​

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, you may be asked to reschedule.

• After booking, please review your confirmation message carefully, including the appointment time, location, physician, and appointment type.

• The clinic may contact you to adjust or cancel your appointment if the booking type is not appropriate, your information is incomplete, or you do not meet the booking requirements.

• Please bring your valid health card and any relevant medical documents to your appointment.

• If a patient has multiple no-shows or fails to cancel appointments in advance, a no-show fee may be charged according to the policy of the specific clinic/location.
