Appointment registration
Clients can make an appointment through phone or online appointment system, providing basic information and symptom description.
Consultation process
The doctor will ask detailed medical history, symptoms, and other information, perform a physical examination, and then provide diagnosis and treatment suggestions. If necessary, the doctor will perform further tests and diagnosis.
Follow-up
The clinic's customer service staff will follow up with clients after treatment to understand their treatment effects and experiences, and follow up on subsequent treatment progress.
Wait for consultation
Clients come to the clinic according to the appointment time, and the staff will provide a waiting area and arrange for the doctor to see the patient.
Pick up medication and therapy
If the doctor prescribes medication and therapy, the client can go to the clinic's pharmacy and therapy room to pick up the medication and receive therapy
